All month long, Southeast has celebrated the birth of Jesus and the joy found in God’s gift of hope. We have taken a deeper look at the Christmas story and learned what it tells us about our own role in God’s amazing adventure.
Keep scrolling to learn how we’ll be wrapping up this incredible month in true Southeast style!
*Note – services will not be held on December 31st to allow our school staff and our volunteers an opportunity to rest as they bring in the New Year!
We love to have fun, and there’s probably no better example of this than our Spontaneous Christmas Pageant! Join us at Bunker Hill at 11am on Christmas Eve to witness the spectacle of kids with no lines and no rehearsal as they are guided through telling the story of the birth of Jesus.
Children in the preschool (age 3-5) and K-5th grade age groups are welcome to participate. Costumes will be handed out in the cafeteria starting at 10:30am, and the first 50 kids to arrive are guaranteed a part.
We’ll also have hot chocolate and snacks!
It’s a great way to get the whole family involved in the celebration!
